Brand campaign of a sugar-free carbonated soft drink.
Targeted for the grown-ups who still keep inside their desire to ‘POP.’ This insight was translated into a branding concept of LIFE SPARKLING as well as a campaign symbol designed from KIRIN’s corporate icon of the scared legendary animal. The message quickly established a market category of sugar-free soda which never existed before and the overall campaign rolled out successfully with a launch TVC featuring the break dance performance of a famous comedian, TAKASHI OKAMURA, and a soccer’s World Cup promotion with a classic cartoon hero, CAPTAIN TSUBASA, playing for the national squad.
